Fittingly, Wildfyre began as an idea around a campfire. There is something about nature that connects you to something deeper and stronger than can possibly be explained by just words. As a young man, I was fortunate to be raised in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri. As I grew up, I observed men and women alike who stopped and stood in wonder when they saw a sunrise and a sunset. They paused and sometimes lost their breath at the sight of a mountain range for the first time. The deepest conversations were had not in the classroom, and not in living room, but around a campfire or on the side of a mountain.

Why? Because when you slow down, pause, and see the world as God created it, you have to ask yourself the big questions. What am I here for? Where am I going? How do I get there?

That is why Wildfyre exists. Not to help you kill the buck of a lifetime, but I hope you do. Not to catch the biggest fish of your life, and I hope you do.  Wildfyre exists to help you encounter moments that will turn in to memories that last a lifetime. Moments that make you ask,

“What is my why?”

Wildfyre exists so your passion may draw you closer to your purpose.

Thanks for joining us as we create outdoor opportunities for everyone.

Mission Statement

“Our Mission is to create outdoor opportunities for everyone so that while you pursue your passions you draw closer to your purpose .”

Values

  • Faith – We believe that nothing like the outdoors will make you ask the question “where did we come from and why am I here?” Knowing what we believe and why allows us to focus on a purpose greater than ourselves which will allow us make more confident decisions for our people, our families and our business.
  • Family – We believe that families are foundational to building great people and are the backbone of society. Healthy families are a key piece to our purpose and mission and help drive us to being both a complete person and organization. Leadership in the home is a crucial part of making a difference today and for the future of our world.
  • Creating – We believe that each person has a unique ability to contribute something completely original to the world. This originality is what allows us both grow and evolve. Creativity is what pushes us forward as people and society, but connects us to our ancestors as well.
  • Legacy – We believe in “leaving it better than we found it” and that means ensuring our heritage, land and pastimes are preserved for future generations.
  • Stewardship – We believe that to whom much is given, much is required. We have been given a great gift in life itself, and further in the great outdoors. We respect the outdoors, the resources around us, and believe we should be wise in how we handle those gifts and resources. This means good sportsmanship, conservation, and preservation.
